This website, lepackbox.com, is operated by Xuzhou Lepopak Packaging Co., Ltd. ("Lepopak", "we", "us"), a custom packaging business based in Xuzhou, Jiangsu, China. We are responsible for the personal information we collect and use for the purposes described in this policy.

This policy covers our website and communications about packaging enquiries, quotations, samples and orders. Other companies' websites and services have their own privacy policies.

When you submit an enquiry or contact us, you may provide your name, company, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, preferred contact channel and messenger ID. You may also share packaging requirements, quantities, delivery locations, messages, artwork, drawings, product photographs or other attachments.

If a project proceeds, our communications may include sample and order details, shipping contacts, billing information and transaction records. The information requested depends on your enquiry and the stage of the project.

Please provide only the information needed for the project. Avoid uploading identity documents, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive personal information. If files contain another person's details, make sure you are entitled to share them. Contact us before sending materials that require a confidentiality agreement.

Information from your visit

Website enquiry forms store submissions in our website's enquiry system and send them to our sales email. Related records may also remain in email, attachments and project communications.
